Salary: £22,000 – £24,500
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
are seeking a reliable and organised Stores FM Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of the Facilities Management stores at HMP Addiewell.
HMP Addiewell is a modern learning prison focused on rehabilitation, skills development, and supporting individuals to build positive futures. This is a varied role combining administration, stock control, and operational support within a secure and structured environment.
Process orders and maintain accurate supplier and stock records
Receive, check, and book in deliveries
Maintain purchasing records and prepare reports
Monitor stock levels and complete stock checks
Support pick-and-pack operations when required
Respond to queries and support the smooth running of the stores function
Essential
Previous administration experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately in a structured environment
Desirable
Experience using SAP
Experience in a facilities, stores, or secure environment
This role is subject to enhanced security vetting and DBS checks.
