About the role
Relief Security Officer
required for this Oxford based private hospital.
The key duties of this role are to undertake security duties, and protect client property, products & employees, Also, an element of cover within the Facilities Department would be required.
You will cover Security & Reception too.
Working as one of a team to deliver service excellence to all users of the Security Department to the standard required by the client and Sodexo.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensure building is locked and secured each night.
- I.D check visitors, contractors and driver arriving onsite.
- Conduct site.
- Conduct continuous, full security checks.
- Comply with Sodexo Due Diligence and Health and Safety Procedures and also adhere to the client Health & Safety and Site Rules.
- Support in Facilities Department when required.
- Maintain good knowledge of the site policies and procedures.
- Conduct general Security Guarding duties, during the night time.
- Remain alert, at all times, to maintain the site’s integrity and protection of assets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Good customer service, organisational and communication skills.
- SIA license is essential.
- To have the ability to prioritise your workload, with high attention to detail.
- Happy to work during the night.
- Have and use full understanding of the site emergency procedures
