From matchdays to major events, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re now looking for a Recruitment Administrator to play a key role in building and supporting our workforce at Newcastle United Football Club.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of a large casual and contracted workforce, helping ensure our teams are trained, compliant and ready to deliver exceptional hospitality on matchdays and beyond.

Coordinating recruitment and onboarding for casual and contracted colleagues across the stadium
Supporting matchday and event staffing through pre-planning and on-the-day coordination
Arranging and delivering inductions to large groups (10–100+)
Managing Right to Work checks, compliance documentation and personnel records
Supporting training bookings and maintaining accurate training records
Working with labour management and payroll systems to ensure accurate data and timely pay
Coordinating on-site recruitment events and supporting community recruitment initiatives
Engaging our casual workforce through newsletters, social channels and regular communications
Acting as a key point of contact for staffing queries, welfare and engagement
Supporting uniform management and matchday staff check-in

Essential
Experience in recruitment or high-volume administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging large groups
Experience in hospitality, catering or event-led environments
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, changeable setting
Desirable
Payroll or HR administration experience
Experience working in large venues or high-volume events
Familiarity with labour management systems
