1711 by Ascot (Sodexo Live! and Ascot Racecourse Joint Venture) are currently recruiting Casual Managers to work across our extensive portfolio of Food & Beverage units, for both Racedays and Events. We have a number of positions available in Retail Bars, Retail Food Units, fast paced, high volume Restaurants, Afternoon-Tea Restaurants, High-End Hospitality, Private Boxes, Back of House, Logistics, Finance and Cellar management. We are looking for experienced Supervisors, Team Leaders, Junior Managers and experienced Managers, to complement our existing family.

We have twenty-six Race Meetings per calendar year, bespoke events held at Ascot Racecourse and multiple offsite events, including Henley Royal Regatta, The Open, The Seniors, Royal Windsor Horse Show and the BMW PGA.

Please note, if you wish to be considered for Royal Ascot 2026, you will need to be available for up to three training days, between January and May (dates to be confirmed) and be available to work from the 14th – 20th June 2026. Additional days are available for set-up and event breakdown.
