We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the iconic Johnnie Walker site in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, you will lead the night cleaning team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance are consistently delivered across the site.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be responsible for coordinating daily cleaning operations, maintaining service excellence, and supporting your team to perform at their best.
Supervise and support the night cleaning team to deliver high standards of service
Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure all cleaning schedules are completed
Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure correct use of materials
Report any maintenance issues or incidents promptly
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Previous cleaning experience within a commercial environment
Previous supervisory experience
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team during night shifts
Reliable and flexible approach to working a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern
