What you'll do
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer
Additional Responsibilities
- To attend health and safety and food safety training courses as required.
- To ensure all products stored / displayed are date coded, Stock rotated & labelled correctly. Using the shelf-life rule.
- To rigorously follow the unit cleaning schedules
- To attend to any reasonable request made by the client or Sodexo Management.
- To assist the Management with stock take when required.

- Previous Bartending experience is essential
