Working in our luxurious offices you’ll be the first face that many will see as they enter our prestigious site and you’ll be a role model when it comes to what 5-star guest experience looks like.

As the link between many different teams and departments you’ll be able to multitask and cope under pressure whilst keeping your focus on ensuring that our guests remain at the centre of what you deliver.

A few things about you 

We want you to bring your experience of working in a customer facing role, your excellent communication skills, and you IT knowhow with you when you join us.

Your can-do attitude and fantastic team spirit will ensure you quickly become our go to person!

Don’t forget to bring your keen eye for detail, wonderful organisational skills and your confident and flexible approach too!

As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there’ll be procedures, site specific guidelines / requirements and regulations to follow such so it is vital that you champion these.

Role Responsibility

  • Be a brand ambassador of Sodexo and Diageo
  • Be an expert in the service, guiding customers seamlessly through queries and needs
  • To assist as required with all aspects of service preparation and presentation to company standard
  • Provide an efficient, timely and friendly service to customers.
  • Ensure kitchen points, service and floor areas are stocked, well presented and tidy at all times
  • Ensure all areas in Sodexo’s control are clean and professional at all times, carry out on the spot cleaning duties as per schedules or as directed
  • Meeting room upkeep, set ups, support and regular checks.
  • Ensuring the client floor and meeting room environments are clean, professional and ready to receive building users.
  • Support and assist of the Reception and Catering teams, as well as other teams if required.
  • Improve customer experience through collaboration and partnership with other service lines within the SJG
  • Supporting with stock ordering refill, counting and ordering, and correct storage of relevant stock.
  • Full understanding of the scope of the wider FM provision.
  • Deliver a consistent high level of customer service to all building users.
  • Dealing directly with facility users and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Observe H&S guidelines at all times, ensuring use of safety signs and barriers
  • Comply with all company and client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your workplace, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH.
  • Ensure the safety and security of company and client property
  • Report any incidents, taking appropriate action where possible
  • Support client and company requirements on site, some of which may be out of usual hours
  • Complete all records as directed accurately and in timely manner
  • Report all complaints and compliments to line manager, acting where practicable
