We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workplace Experience Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

As a Workplace Experience Manager you'll: 

• Lead and manage the delivery of all Sodexo FM services across the site.
• Ensure all assets (sites, buildings, and equipment) are safe, legally compliant, and fit for business.
• Act as Duty Holder for buildings under Sodexo control, ensuring adherence to SHE and engineering compliance standards.
• Proactively monitor service performance and implement improvement plans.
• Lead the site-based Sodexo team, driving performance through effective leadership, motivation, and development.
• Support emergency management and business continuity planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure consistent achievement of contractual KPIs and compliance with all audit standards.
• Drive financial performance and identify opportunities for service innovation and business growth.

What we're looking for:

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets and diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the FM industry.
• Recognised Health & Safety qualification.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BIFM, RICS desirable not essential).
