Workplace Experience Manager

Working across 3 client sites you’ll explore ways to drive engagement, raise awareness of our brand, understand how we can improve our service offering and bring client and Sodexo teams together as one.
Through exploring the use of social media platforms, establishing contacts within workplace groups, and building relationships with key stakeholders you’ll develop a joint approach to employee initiatives and engagement strategies.

Role Responsibility
What You’ll Do
- Research and deploy regular customer satisfaction surveys, using the insight to develop strategy to enhance Pfizer customer experience and Sodexo staff experience
- Work with HR Managers and site teams to drive increased participation in Sodexo Voice Survey
- Work with catering managers to create and develop in-house promotions and offers that will drive revenue, patronage, and loyalty.
- Undertake customer research by way of face-to-face focus groups. Communicate results and implement action plans with relevant service line managers
- Update and monitor daily all social media platforms linked to Pfizer/Sodexo – building on awareness of value add to contract Increased awareness of Sodexo as facilities provider on Pfizer Contract
- Build on Client Relationships and promote positive Sodexo staff culture and engagement
- Introduce and manage social media platforms
- Link in with peers – HR manager, QSHE, GSM’s and Contract Compliance Manager
- Implement and drive Client Surveys and promotion of same
- Provide robust and detailed reporting at monthly Governance meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Work with site teams in relation to specific areas of interest/concern
The Ideal Candidate
What You bring
- Experience of working in a similar role, driving employee engagement through digital/social media ideally gained working within a large multi-site company
- Experience working in a service environment, fast paced with operational challenges, ideally with a catering background
- Excellent MS Office skills and awareness of social media platforms
- Technologically aware with ability to work on own initiative
- Familiar with operational excellence within the context of site services
- Excellent communication skills and able to influence and engage across all levels of an organisation
