- Week 1, Monday to Thursday 7.30 – 18.30

Job Purpose
The first point of contact for workplace users and visitors, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless building user and concierge service. This position is responsible for reception services, visitor experience, workspace and meeting room management, AV and technical support, as well as the promotion and coordination of internal events. The role is central to ensuring an exceptional user experience, supporting health and safety compliance, and fostering an inclusive, professional environment.
What you'll be doing:
Provide a warm, polite, and professional welcome to all office users and visitors
Be the go-to contact for all workplace users, building strong relationships across all levels
Conduct onboarding inductions for new starters and visitors and ensure processes are followed through in terms of leavers
Manage all reception duties and maintain a polished front-of-house presence.
Oversee room and desk bookings
Assist with meeting room set up and ensure AV equipment is operational for meetings
Assist with connecting visitors to WIFI, providing support to users to access IT equipment and escalate issues as needed
Manage event planning, including daytime and evening conferences.
Conduct daily workspace checks and regular health and safety walks.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to remedy any on site issues
Replenish stationery hubs and hospitality stock as needed
Monthly Reporting on building sensors functionality
Manage mail and courier services
What you'll bring:
High-level customer service and concierge experience
Proven experience in delivering multi-service operations within a global corporate hub.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and confident to be trained on internal IT systems
Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
