What you’ll do:     

• The cleaning of windows, hard surfaces, cladding and gutters in line with a set program and reactive maintenance tasks.

• Undertake Competent Person responsibilities in relation to operation of specified systems and equipment whilst carrying out your duties. 

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety Legislation and site specific Health, Safety and Welfare policies.

• Ensuring a safe working environment and safe systems of work are followed at all times, being a Champion of Health and Safety

What you bring: 

• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed 

• Be a team player and take instruction

Package Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estates Assistant - Window Cleaner to join our team here at Royal Stoke University Hospital.  You will ensure that the windows are cleaned to a high standard across the Hospital estate.  

£9.90 per hour

40 Hours per week

Permanent full time

Working:  5 / 7  days  from 8.00am - 4.30pm
