What you’ll do:
The cleaning of windows, hard surfaces, cladding and gutters in line with a set program and reactive maintenance tasks.
Undertake Competent Person responsibilities in relation to operation of specified systems and equipment whilst carrying out your duties.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety Legislation and site specific Health, Safety and Welfare policies.
- Ensuring a safe working environment and safe systems of work are followed at all times, being a Champion of Health and Safety
What you bring:
Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed

Package Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estates Assistant - Window Cleaner to join our team here at Royal Stoke University Hospital. You will ensure that the windows are cleaned to a high standard across the Hospital estate.
£9.90 per hour
40 Hours per week
Permanent full time
Working: 5 / 7 days from 8.00am - 4.30pm
