What you’ll do:
- Communicate well between staff, customers and clients and consistently demonstrate an efficient and friendly service to customers and clients.
- Ensure you have a full working knowledge of the building, its personnel, and the local geographical area.
- Be prepared to call First Aiders/Cleaners when urgently required.
- Arrange & log the booking of taxis and confirm the charge point.
- Ensure that any gym equipment maintenance defects are reported immediately through the correct channels.
- Participate in training or career promotion development schemes and team meetings to keep current with company legislations, policies and procedures internally or externally.
- Liaise with the Client, assisting in project work
- Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.
- To be aware of all Fire and Emergency Evacuation procedures and to ensure standard precautions are taken by staff to protect against fire and safety hazards.
- Comply with all company and client policies/procedures and statutory regulations relating to Health & safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace.
- Continuous Improvement to agreed standards
- Carry out any other special duties or work outside routine but within the overall scope of the department.
What you bring:
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
- The ideal candidate would deliver a number of holistic classes such as piliates, have a interest in mindfulness, but also be able to deliver a number of classes such as HIIT and circuits.
- It could be 24 hour a week over three days or four days but would need to cover lunchtimes Tuesday to Thursday as a minimum.
- You must be qualified to REPs Level 3 or equivalent and a good track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
