Wellbeing and Engagement Manager

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about health and wellbeing, employee engagement and developing people so they can be the best possible version of themselves at work.
This position would suit someone who has some HR knowledge and experience, but the most important thing is being able to translate the people strategy into tangible actions with demonstratable impact on our people.
Role Responsibility
In this position, you’ll report to the Head of Change, Employee Experience & People Performance and will support the design and delivery of employee experience solutions. You’ll typically spend your time:
- Planning and executing a global employee engagement survey
- Deploying a new engagement solution
- Managing health and wellbeing service lines, including 3rd parties
- Building and executing communications strategies to deliver employee experience solutions to the organisation
- Leading stakeholder engagement groups
- Project managing delivery of tactical and strategic employee experience solutions
- Influencing the wider HR Services community on topics relating to the employee experience
- Supporting delivery of talent and performance solutions
The Ideal Candidate

- Demonstratable project management experience
- Experience of digital communications channels to deliver messages to target audiences
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Highly collaborative and open to listening to other people’s views
- Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong communication, networking, observational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable expertise and technical ability in designing and implementing employee engagement programmes or communications campaigns and building leadership capability in this space
- Understanding of employee engagement survey methodology, market research and planning techniques
- Experience of change management within a people setting
Package Description
Up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits
This position is initially offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract
