About the Role
- Location: The Orangery, Tottenham Court Road
- Full-Time Hours: 40 Hours/Week, 5 Days Out of 7
- Flexibility: Must be available for shifts within the below hours:
- Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Sundays: Opening soon!
We’re looking for friendly, attentive, and passionateWaiters/Waitresses to join the team at The Orangery, our flagship restaurant in the heart of TottenhamCourt Road. You’ll play a key role in delivering a warm and memorable diningexperience - from relaxed daytime lunches to intimate evening service.
About the Role
You’llbe the face of our service — engaging with guests, guiding them through ourmenu, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, efficient table service from the moment customers arrive
- Take accurate orders and handle payments and confidently
- Serve food and drinks to a high standard, with attention to detail
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including specials and allergens
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and inviting
- Support team during events and busy service periods
