What you'll do:

• Provide excellent customer service from the presentation, delivery and service of our site beverage & food vending operation to the client & Sodexo’s satisfaction.
• Ensure all vending areas are topped up & ready for customer use
• Provide satellite cafes with stock from the main kitchen ahead of opening hours
• Deliver catering & hospitality to satellite outlets & coffee break out spaces
• To follow company procedures and policies at all times
• To maintain the upkeep of the delivery vehicle & complete SMS daily checks 
• To report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if at all possible
• To report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate or possible
• To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the sites vending machine areas
• To complete all necessary daily and weekly documentation or any requested by your vending supervisor/line manager
• To undertake all aspects of cleaning vending equipment and vending areas when required
• To ensure all areas are kept as clean as is reasonably practicable and adequately stocked throughout the working week, working closely with vending team
