HMP Lowdham Grange are currently recruiting for a Treatment Manager to effectively oversee programme delivery, support and develop the delivery team and ensure that suitable plans are made and well communicated in order to support the resident post programme completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Completing Supervision with facilitators, reviewing the group members’ and facilitators; strengths and developments
  • Managing the Treatment Integrity of a specific accredited Offending Behaviour Programme
  • Reviewing session recordings alongside a given criteria and providing feedback to facilitators
  • Supervision of end of module/ Programme Reports or Endorsements to ensure these are written at a Professional Level
  • Appropriate selection of Prisoners for the Offending Behaviour Programme, based on the RNR principles provided by Interventions Services
  • Feeding into the Quality Assurance process through providing relevant documentation and working to the Quality Assurance Principles
  • Attendance at Monthly AIM (Accredited Interventions Management) Team Meetings
  • Allocation of Assessments and reviewing these once completed

The Ideal Candidate

  •  Have been successful, or is willing to train, in Interventions Services accredited training.

  • An interest in working with people who have cognitive distortions
  • Be able to prepare for and deliver sessions (minimum delivery required).
  • Develop programmes in line with Interventions Services, HMPPS, Audit and contractual requirements.
  • Have staff management skills
  • Contribute to the development of pro social goals leading to a crime free life.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
  • Demonstrate their knowledge of the research and theory literature offending and its treatment.
  • Attended or is willing to attend supervision and Treatment Management training.
