Technical Services Strategy Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Services Strategy Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

As a Technical Services Strategy Manager you'll: 

  • Develop and deliver asset management strategies and frameworks in line with global and client requirements.
  • Lead the assessment and maintenance programmes for buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Use CAFM systems (Global Maximo) to analyse asset data, produce reports, and inform capital budgets.
  • Monitor, review, and report on asset condition and replacement needs.
  • Provide expert guidance to operational teams to ensure compliance with statutory and critical maintenance requirements.
  • Engage with subcontractors, stakeholders, and professional bodies to align with best practice and legislative changes.
  • Champion continuous improvement, conducting internal audits and supporting external assessments.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all matters relating to asset management systems.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong working knowledge of Asset Management Systems in FM, commercial, industrial, or process environments.
  • Understanding of asset lifecycle management and its organisational benefits.
  • Knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements relevant to asset management.
  • Qualification in building services or asset management, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Solid understanding of M&E systems and terminology.
  • Competency in MS Office.
