Technical Facilities Manager 

Home Based with travel to multiple Client sites

Salary: £49,000 - £51,000 & range of excellent employee benefits

Monday – Friday only

Sodexo has a great opportunity for a Technical Facilities Manager to join our established team working with our clients based in Scotland.

Joining our team at their large distillery site, you will manage the delivery of hard services to a cluster of Client sites throughout Scotland, ensuring outstanding service delivery while meeting or exceeding Sodexo Service Line Agreements and act as operational interface between client & Account Management to build solid relationships.

Ensuring services are delivered to highest standard across a cluster of sites with service excellence as standard, you will work alongside the Account Support Managers to evaluate financial performance and control & improve financial performance.

Responsible for the full compliance with all statutory and mandatory PPMs, you will oversee the management of statutory duties, including Legionella and Asbestos management.

About You 

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

  • 5+ years’ experience of working in a Facilities Management environment with Hard Service responsibility
  • Self-starter with strong project management and Facilities experience
  • Strong technical background
  • Ability to manage multiple workload and shifting priorities
  • Experience working within a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • IT Skills: MS Office, Outlook, CAFM (Maximo), Web based contractor portals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel is essential to the role

Qualifications required:

IOSH, NEEBOSH, Trade Certification or Technical Qualifications, Legionella/ Asbestos awareness/qualifications
