Technical Coordinator
Job Introduction
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical professional to utilise their skills at our GSK contract in Irvine, Scotland. You will be responsible for the management of the maintenance coordination on site with a strong focus on customer service.
Role Responsibility
- Assist with site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance and iFM service delivery, assisting effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities and equipment for a given area.
- Management of subcontractors
- Co-ordination and planning of technical service delivery
- The role holder will assist with SHE and GxP compliance for all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations, ensuring competence and performance of internal and external resources and maintain assurance of compliance for their assets.
- To lead improvement initiatives within the contractors group

- A highly customer focused individual,
- Ability to motivate and drive performance in teams to deliver high standards of service and cost effectiveness.
- Member of a professional body
- The role holder will have an in depth knowledge of technical application and processes
- An understanding of risk management and HSE,
- The role holder will have a sound grasp of all the services delivered by iFM and will understand their impact on their customers.
- Good understanding of working in a heavily regulated environment.
