Role Responsibility

We're excited to recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on an initial 12-month FTC to support the transformation of our IS&T function. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will deliver an agile and insights-driven approach to talent discovery and sourcing. Working closely with stakeholders and HR teams, and keeping diversity at the heart of your campaigns, you’ll drive operational excellence and unparalleled results for the function.

 

You will hold knowledge and experience in understanding the market, coupled with an understanding of cultural backgrounds and the uniqueness of diversity. Other key areas of responsibility are to:

 

  • Be responsible for finding the best and diverse talent in every business area who share our values
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet business objectives
  • Marketing mapping candidates to understand available talent in the marketplace, engaging with passive candidates to build effective relationships, and build a talent pipeline
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and the hiring community to develop and execute on a hiring plan
  • Accelerate representation in hiring to ensure we reflect our communities that we operate in
  • Unlock the full potential of people, technology, and data to differentiate recruiting experiences at scale
  • Stay on top of new trends in the industry and marketplace and maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends
  • Compile, analyse, and capture insights from data to support business decisions
  • Provide honest and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Be a brand ambassador and promote Sodexo as an Employer of Choice

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have exposure to operating in a Resourcing / Talent Acquisition related role, demonstrating the balance of strategy and operational execution, coupled with experience operating and influencing strategically at all levels. As this role is focussed on supporting the delivery of our IS&T transformation, recruitment-related experience in the IS&T field is essential.

 

Demonstrating a commercial mindset, you will have experience in delivering a talent pipeline approach and engaging with talent from all sources for future needs, understanding the diversity of different markets. An ability to rapidly assimilate information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities.
