Responsibilities:
- Act as a project manager for the rollout and support of new business initiatives.
- Lead the creation and implementation of strategy documents and plans for new projects.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation of initiatives.
- Be a key figure in building relationships with service partners, subcontractors, and Sodexo experts.
- Identify and manage risks in system and technology changes.
- Contribute to the UK Professional Family, fostering innovation and best practices.
- Ensure the implementation of safe systems of work and uphold company values.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong business and financial acumen with an executive presence.
- Proven multi-level stakeholder management experience.
- Solid understanding of project management practices and digital transformation.
- Resilience and clarity of thought under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in implementing digital solutions in service environments.
- Willingness to travel within Ireland and occasionally to the UK.
