Responsibilities:
 
  • Act as a project manager for the rollout and support of new business initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of strategy documents and plans for new projects.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Be a key figure in building relationships with service partners, subcontractors, and Sodexo experts.
  • Identify and manage risks in system and technology changes.
  • Contribute to the UK Professional Family, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Ensure the implementation of safe systems of work and uphold company values.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with an executive presence.
  • Proven multi-level stakeholder management experience.
  • Solid understanding of project management practices and digital transformation.
  • Resilience and clarity of thought under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in implementing digital solutions in service environments.
  • Willingness to travel within Ireland and occasionally to the UK.
