About the role

At Sodexo, we’re passionate about the services we deliver and we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. To provide this service, we’ve a team of friendly Switchboard Operators behind us and we currently have an opportunity to join us!

You’ll be managing all incoming and external calls so will be the first ambassador that many of our prestigious clients will be in contact with. Based in our luxurious offices you’ll be ensuring that all queries and requests are managed efficiently and in 5-star customer experience style!

You’ll be utilising your problem-solving skills as you operate the switchboard system and will soon become one of our go-to team members!

A few things about you 

We want you to bring your admin experience, your IT know-how and your exceptional customer service skills with you when you join us.

In this fast-paced environment you’ll remain calm under pressure with your focus always on delivering a gold standard level of service.
