Sustainability Graduate (Construction/Engineering)

If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate/junior to work as part of our Integrator property management team specialising in Energy Management and Sustainability for our large public-sector client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the energy consumption of electricity, gas, oil, biomass, renewables, water and waste of all the commercial buildings on the estate.
  • Answering all incoming calls and coordinate call outs for engineers
  • Collect and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data on the Estate ready to present to clients.
  • Support the delivery of Carbon Reduction Initiatives across the Estate and operations.
  • Support the delivery of the Client’s Environmental Management System and embed Circular Economy principles across the Client’s Estate.
  • Working alongside managers and liaising with sub-contractors regularly.

Personal specification

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, science, environmental or energy-related, minimum grade 2:2) and at least 1 year's experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with client teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong analytical acumen.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel
  • Have a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
