Sustainability Graduate (Construction/Engineering)

If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate/junior to work as part of our Integrator property management team specialising in Energy Management and Sustainability for our large public-sector client.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring the energy consumption of electricity, gas, oil, biomass, renewables, water and waste of all the commercial buildings on the estate.
Answering all incoming calls and coordinate call outs for engineers
Collect and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data on the Estate ready to present to clients.
Support the delivery of Carbon Reduction Initiatives across the Estate and operations.
Support the delivery of the Client’s Environmental Management System and embed Circular Economy principles across the Client’s Estate.
Working alongside managers and liaising with sub-contractors regularly.

Personal specification

A degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, science, environmental or energy-related, minimum grade 2:2) and at least 1 year's experience.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with client teams and stakeholders
Excellent time management
Strong analytical acumen.
Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel
Have a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
