What you’ll do:
  • Lead commercial finance activities, collaborating with global teams to design financial models for global supply category strategies.
  • Utilise platforms like Mintec and Trade Economics for in-depth market insights.
  • Provide essential financial support during RFPs, employing tools like Total Cost of Ownership models.
  • Analyse global contract financials and pricing, ensuring adherence to delegated authority.
  • Manage the global initiative portfolio, including Actuals, Forecast & Target.
  • Consolidate and report on worldwide Sodexo SM KPIs & Levers, offering regional performance insights.
  • Contribute to Supply Management’s digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
 
What you bring:
  • A solid analytical background with experience in financial modelling for decision-making.
  • Proven expertise in designing, reporting, and interpreting operational and financial KPIs.
  • Ability to produce and challenge financial targets and forecasts based on operational assumptions.
  • A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with a passion for data-driven solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Essbase, Smartsheet, and PowerBI.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
