Strategic Partnerships Manager - Food

Job Introduction

Sodexo Live have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Food Innovation team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager!

In this exciting brand new role you will develop, manage and install all strategic partnerships relationships within Sodexo Live! work closely with our business development team to develop bespoke strategies for existing, rebids/extensions and potential new business, and manage all four sub sections of Michelin star/celebrity chefs, brands under license, local heroes and mobile/street food vendors.

You will have a passion for the food and events industry and drive forward our Sodexo Live! Food philosophy creating off the shelf solutions for mobile catering and national brands around the country.

Building strong relationships will be your speciality and networking will come easy to you, you will be commercially minded and leverage good financial deals ensuring our bottom line is protected for our clients and our partners.

Role Responsibility

• Work with our trusted network of celeb chefs/partners to create a true partnership approach
• Working with third party aggregators where possible develop and maintain a network of street food/concession vendors who for each area of the country in which we operate
• create a franchise model where we can value add to our clients with national brands
• Work with FD to ensure a robust and fair finance model sits behind all the above
• Work closely with BD team to develop bespoke strategies for existing, rebids/extensions and potential new business
• Own the “Partnerships” pillar of the food philosophy!

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in a similar role would be ideal but we are happy to speak with candidates from the food industry with the following key attributes:

• Able to build strong relationships at all levels
• A natural networker, able to go out and network with key people in the industry
• Commercially minded, someone with a strong commercial background who understands profit and loss
• A real "Foodie" someone who demonstrates true passion when talking about food, hospitality and events and can represent Sodexo Live! with the same passion.

Package Description

Circa £50,000 plus excellent benefits

This role will be home based with travel accross the UK
