Job Introduction

Sodexo Live! are currently looking to add to our team at Bateaux London to deliver a world class guest experience. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. The hours for this role will be 8am-4pm.

A very exciting £1,500 retention bonus is also being offered, with £500 payable in January 2023, and the £1000 balance in September 2023 (value is pro-rata based on hours worked).

Role Responsibility

Take receipt of deliveries and check against delivery note for accuracy
Highlight any discrepancies
Ensure that all stock is checked in by record and date and stored away correctly and safely
Manage stock as per use by dates, manage rotation
Keep all back of house areas clean, tidy & hygienic (including all areas of the kitchen)
Provide high quality service to customers and client in line with company and client values
Adhere and monitor all health and food safety, in a proactive way

Cost Control: Contribute to managing cost by ensuring clear stock rotation by date. Ensure deliveries are complete as per delivery note and no items are missing

Unit Compliance to HACCP: Take responsibility for area in completing applicable kitchen based paperwork
correctly comply with company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness and COSHH and engage with the onsite H&S Manager when required
Planning: Continually managing required stock and ensuring secure and valid
Environment: Working within a demanding environment that operates 24/7
