As Stores personnel at Royal Stoke Hospital,you'll play a vital role in enhancing the daily experiences of patients,visitors, and staff. You will assist in the receipt and delivery related tocatering stores activities, ensuring that all designated areas are maintainedin a clean and hygienic manner.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in receipt for all goods received, checking quality and quantity
• Ensure all delivery notes are processed promptly in accordance with procedures
• Maintain delivery schedules to all areas, including patient meals to outer buildings
• Place orders with approved suppliers
• Ensure stock levels are controlled and rotation procedures are maintained
• Maintain standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the storeroom

What You Bring:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Average level of numeracy and literacy skills
• Basic food hygiene
• PC skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety
• Physically able to undertake manual work i.e. lifting and moving stores, handling equipment, and walking around the site
