Store Manager - Londis
Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager to lead the operation for a well known convenience store brand, situated within one of our defence sites.
Role Responsibility
- Efficient management of a Londis store, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Effectively lead the retail team to ensure the highest quality of service and standards.
- Recognise opportunities, drive sales and promote products.
- Control and monitor the financial performance of the outlets and maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets.
- Ensure the highest quality of food and customer service as per Company standards and client expectation.
- Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail management experience
- Experience of managing a retail team within a similar environment
- Good financial awareness and experience of budget management
- Customer focussed and passionate about delivering an efficient service
- Experience of driving sales, recognising opportunities and implementing innovative solutions
- Food & Hygiene Certificate
