Staffing Coordinator

Job Introduction

Do you have experience in staffing or people operations in large volume resource deployment?

We are currently looking for Staffing Coordinators to join our team, managing and responding to queries from a large casual workforce to support the COVID-19 Testing facilities. 

To increase testing for COVID-19, the Government has significantly increased the number of centres where key workers can be tested. As the programme ramps up further, additional testing and facilities support is needed across the UK.

The Staffing Coordinator will work as part of a team to support Sodexo in managing, deploying and responding to queries from this large workforce.

This is an extremely busy, administration heavy role where priorities can change daily, and so we are looking for someone who is focused, flexible and adaptable who has a passion for staffing. We are particularly looking for people who have Time Target system usage experience. The role holder will work remotely and so can be based anywhere in the UK. 

Role Responsibility

  • Managing and responding to queries from the casual workforce

  • Managing the scheduling and payroll for the casual workforce

  • To ensure the smooth operation of the daily operation by managing staffing levels and rotas

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Experience in using Time Target
  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Creative and passionate about delivery of good customer service through staffing
  • Strong Administration background
  • Strong Analysis and Decision-Making Skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with payroll systems

These positions work on a rota basis and you will be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends dependent on the demand and scheduling requirements so flexibility is essential.
