Job Introduction

Sodexo's Sports and Leisure Segment have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Management Superstars at Ewood  Park the home of Blackburn Rovers!

We are looking for a Stadium Operations Manager to oversee both the Retail and Hospitality on site.

You will be a proactive and engaging individual with excellent people management skills, able to create a positive team environment where your casual workforce want to continue working with you on Match Days and Events.

Ewood Park is a great place to work, we partner with our client to ensure we are able to deliver a first class service across Hospitality, Retail and Events Sales and as the UK starts to re open, Summer 2021 is going to be an exciting time to be part of the team!

 

Role Responsibility

  • To manage both the Retail & Hospitality department
  • To oversee the catering operation on Match Days & Non-Matchdays & Events
  • To be a point of contact for the client & customers organising events and co-ordinate space, set up, reinstate and hospitality
  • To co-ordinate event space booking/ availability, set up and reinstate with the events coordinator
  • To deliver fine dining hospitality service on match days
  • Manage the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery
  • Motivate and lead catering employees to perform their roles to a high standard

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will ideally have worked within a Stadium such as football in a Hospitality role.
  • Hospitality experience is an absolute must (Fine dining, Restaurant, silver service)
  • Some Retail experience would be ideal but we can support and develop you in the area.
  • An excellent communicator, able to build last relationships
  • A true leader who can motivate and inspire a team of people.

 

Package Description

Salary is Circa £35000 plus company bonus.
