Soft Services Manager
Location: Unilever – Four Acres, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 7PD
£40,000 - £45,000 and an excellent range of employee benefits. 
Monday – Friday (core hours between 1pm – 10pm) 
 
Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity for you to join and lead our established team at the Unilever management training and events site at Four Acres, Kingston upon Thames.
 
In the role of Soft Services Manager, you will proactively manage and develop the co-ordination, planning and organisation of the Support Services which include Catering, Housekeeping, Administration, Event Management, Reception, Meeting Room Management, and any other associated services to the highest standard. 
 
Managing all events and programme timetables from initial request through to service delivery, this will include, event planning, orderings, financial accuracy, team planning and communication, auditing and ensuring all events are delivered in line with the client expectations.
 
Working 40 hours each week this role requires the flexibility to work predominantly in the evenings and between the core hours of 1pm – 10pm (5pm on Fridays).

About You 
 
Knowledge and experience required for this role: 
 
  • Previous experience as a Soft Service Manager or similar role within a 5-star hotel/restaurant or other client facing position.
  • Proven industry experience, acumen and innovations
  • People management experience
  • Strongly team focused.
  • Great communication skills, both written and
  • Health and Safety experience (ideally ISOHH)
  • IT Literate
