Shift Electrical Craftsman

As Shift Electrical Craftsperson at Sodexo in Manchester Hospital Trusts, you are also a problem solver, and safety promoter. What you’ll do:    

• Support the operation and maintenance of all plant, equipment, and installations within the hospital estate 
• Provide technical engineering advice and support for the maintenance of equipment, fabric, and utility services
•  Maintain, test, diagnose and repair faults in complex mechanical/electrical installation
• Carry our out planned and reactive maintenance services 
• Reading drawings as required

What you bring:  

• You will hold a C+G/Btec or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• You must be a fully competent AP, appointed in the fault diagnosis and maintenance repair assets.
• Previous experience in CAFM and BMS systems would be great.
•  Appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done  
•  Excellent team player with great communication skills with ability to work unsupervised.
•  Great task priority and remaining calm under pressure
