Sharepoint Administrator - FTC 2 months
Job Introduction
Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sharepoint Administrator to join our busy team. This opportunity is a remote home based position offered on a 2 month Fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Quality, the Sharepoint Administrator will be responsible for developing and building segment Sharepoint sites, ensuring all navigation and automation is suitable for the end user experience.
The ideal candidate should be someone proficient using Sharepoint with a background working within this field. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also paramount.

Role Responsibility
- Liaise with various segment stakeholders to develop and build Sharepoint sites.
- Be a custodian and manage large document libraries
- Attend business meetings to understand requirements then build sites based on requirements
- Sound judgement, initiative and prioritisation skills, the ability to delivery at pace and work to tight timescales
- Works collaboratively by building effective relationships across a wide range of people across Sodexo and the immediate Team
- Liaise and integrate with other Sharepoint Administration users across the segment to align work.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent proven technical Sharepoint Knowledge and experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft suite
- Good Understanding of Power Apps and Power Automation
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Experienced managing document libraries
