Maintenance Rep

Job Introduction

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Service Rep to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

~~Accountabilities or “what you have to do”
  Being the intial response to reactive maintenance issues
  Making regular compliance and building checks and identifying any remedial requirements
  Supervising on-site contractors and ensuring they meet service requirements and follow safe work-ing practices
  General porterage
  Mail room duties
  Small office moves
  Ensure customers, visitors and clients receive excellent service at all times
  Support to the on-site facilities team
  Timely completion of FM services to staff, visitors and clients
  Ensure Health and Safety compliance is met at all times
  Working closely with the whole of the Corporate Facilities Management team to deliver efficient and effective customer service
  Temporary cover for other team members as required to include cover at other Epsom Offices
  Meeting room set ups to meet the needs of the cusomer

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or “What it will look like when you are doing the job well”
  A safe working environment is maintained for our Client
  All reactive maintenance issues are handled within SLA
  Good working relationship with the facilities team and our customers
  Site Compliance score over 85%

  Part time role, fliexibilty on working pattern
  To attend training courses as instructed by line Manager
 

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have a fundamental working knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Have a background in general building services
  • Be comfortable working alone at times
  • Will have an understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and building systems in a healthcare environment.
  • Have a full UK driving licence
