Senior Website Manager

Job Introduction

As Senior Website Manager at Sodexo, your role will be hybrid with regular engagement at our Salford office. You will be the website subject matter expert in the region and the first port of call. You will come to know the website inside and out, leading digital transformation and enhancing user experience across our UK and IOI platforms. Your role goes beyond managing; it's about innovating and transforming our digital presence, making it a beacon for user engagement and commercial success.  Your role will also extend to supporting core internal channels. What you’ll do:
  • Lead the comprehensive management of Sodexo's UK and IOI websites, ensuring quality content, performance, and user experience. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for website-related matters, collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain and enhance site quality. 
  • Spearhead the migration to a new CMS, utilising the platform to boost website performance continuously. 
  • Implement innovative strategies for content management, ensuring it aligns with business growth and talent attraction goals. 
  • Develop interconnectedness across different website zones to enhance user journey and experience. 
  • Monitor and report website performance, providing insightful analysis for ongoing improvements. 
  • Manage core internal channels  
  • Guide and support the UK & Ireland editor community.
 
What you bring:
  • Proven track record in corporate website management and leadership. 
  • Expertise in content and digital asset management systems, with adaptability to new technologies. 
  • Good knowledge on Digital Marketing, SEO, accessibility, UX design and analytics
  • Ability to work with tools and methodology (Agile) adapted to the digital environment
  • Passionate about digital trends
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, developed in a large or complex Demonstrated ability to align and deliver on multiple business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with curiosity and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
  • Organised, reliable, and thorough, with an enthusiastic and positive approach.
