We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Sous Chef to play a key role in delivering a premium culinary experience at our flagship corporate client site in Epsom.
This is a hands-on role for a chef who lives and breathes food, someone who combines creativity with precision to produce dishes of exceptional quality and consistency. Working closely with the Food Development Lead, you will help shape a world-class kitchen culture built on innovation, excellence, and pride.

As a Senior Sous Chef you'll: 

  • Support the Food Development Lead in creating and delivering exceptional, high-quality food.
  • Ensure all food preparation and service meet company and client standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and support cost control through accurate reporting and ordering.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular equipment and safety checks, reporting issues promptly.
  • Represent Sodexo in a professional and client-focused manner at all times.

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced culinary professional with a passion for food innovation and excellence.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail across all aspects of preparation and presentation.
  • Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant craft qualifications and health & safety training.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
