Senior Project Manager

You will play a key role in driving service excellence, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability requirements. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver both operational and strategic results.


As a Senior Project Manager you'll: 

  • Lead and oversee all programmes, projects, and project teams across the UK portfolio.
  • Manage service delivery, ensuring projects are cost-effective and meet client and Sodexo requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, service offers, and best practices to drive standardisation and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Control budgets, reporting on OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide performance reporting and benchmarking, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Share best practice across sites and develop strategies for continuous service improvement.
  • Oversee labour management for projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in an outsourced, integrated facilities project management environment.
  • Strong track record of managing large-scale projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and budgets.
  • Knowledge of project management systems such as CAD and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and health and safety compliance.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Full UK Driving License
