Are you ready to take the lead in delivering impactful projects that enhance healthcare environments? At Sodexo, we’re seeking a dedicated Senior Project Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of client and Sodexo projects at Hereford County Hospital.
In this vital role, you will drive the successful delivery of efficient, responsive, and high-quality projects that support Sodexo’s Hard FM services. Your leadership will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff alike. What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end delivery of Sodexo and client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with high-quality standards.
Plan, procure, and coordinate all project, planned, and reactive maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, site-specific rules, and Sodexo’s quality and safety procedures.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors, reviewing RAMS, work permits, and on-site activities to guarantee safety and quality.
Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Complete all activities within contractual timescales.
Manage compliance with HTMs, HBNs, and relevant regulations.
Provide clear communication, responsibility, engagement, and direction throughout projects.
What You Bring:
Proven project management experience.
Mechanical or Electrical qualification (ONC, HNC, or equivalent).
Awareness of HTM guidelines and sound knowledge of CDM Regulations.
Proficient with CAD or similar software.
Knowledge of Legionella prevention and management, Energy Management, Health & Safety, and Building Management Systems.
Strong communication, supervisory, and people management skills with a customer/client-focused approach.
Experienced in managing, coaching, and influencing teams.
Agile thinker with excellent problem-solving and performance monitoring abilities.
Proficient in IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
