Senior Operations Manager Command Hub

Job Introduction

Sodexo have an amazing opportunity for a data driven operations professional to join our client’s team at Macclesfield as our Command Hub Senior Operations Manager working within the pharmaceutical sector.

In this role, you will work alongside the Cheshire operations leadership team within an IFM contract to drive a culture of innovation through business intelligence.

You will be responsible for building a scalable Command Hub model that can be adopted across the wider business network, and working with the contract Head of Transformation to drive new thinking at the regional contract level. 

This role offers the opportunity to interface with Cheshire leadership and clients, ensuring that the Command Hub delivery meets client expectations and drives Sodexo performance across all FM sectors.  

Stakeholder management is key to this high profile position as you will be the site based figurehead for Sodexo and primary escalation point for addressing site-based issues and opportunities linked to the Command Hub.

About You

You will be data driven and have the ability to assess data and utilise the findings to offer clarity to the business regarding present operations and influencing future decisions. You will already have held a similar FM leadership position within a complex IFM environment, preferably with pharmaceutical experience. You will be a strong leader and have a passion for continuous improvement. 

You will also have:
  • The ability to lead a Team in a rapidly changing environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individuals and the Team.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office – e.g., Word, Excel, Power BI
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • The ability to demonstrates the Sodexo values and behaviours.
  • A strong commitment to Zero Harm and a strong safety culture.
