Senior Operations Facilities Manager
Location: Stevenage – Onsite. 
Salary: £55,000 - £59,000

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experience FM professional to join and lead our on-site operations at our multinational pharmaceutical & biotechnology client site in Stevenage. 

Working alongside the other onsite Sodexo Management team and senior members of the client team, you will play an integral role in the continued success of the diverse Catering and Soft FM services that Sodexo provide. 

The onsite services that you will oversee include the catering operations, front of house, Events, AV, housekeeping, & fitness facilities. There is a particular focus on the catering operations on site so previous experience in catering operations management is essential. 

Due to the broad range of services, we provide, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their FM career to the next level.

About You 

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 
  • Management of large and diverse Catering and Soft FM site service delivery teams.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a particular enthesis on Catering Operations Management
  • IOSH qualification or equivalent
  • Good all-round communications skills.
  • Relationship builder and experience of working with senior stake holders.
  • IT literate and financially astute.
  • Broad knowledge of multiple service lines and their benefit to an organization.
  • Knowledgeable of risk and legislation across all service lines
