Senior Marketing Executive
Job Introduction
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Marketing Executive to take on an exciting new role as part of the Marketing Team at Sodexo Healthcare.
Sodexo Healthcare work by the side of healthcare organisations in both the public health (NHS Trusts) and private healthcare sector, using science, technology and global experience to enable human-centred care.
Our healthcare facilities management services are constantly evolving to be available wherever, whenever healthcare needs us, and we pride ourselves on being completely agile across all care delivery sites.
Awarded contracts by the DHSC since 2020, Sodexo Healthcare also operate 28 regional (drive-through) COVID-19 testing sites, 146 local (walk-in) testing sites and 149 mobile testing units.
Role Responsibility
What you’ll be doing
You’ll report into the Head of Marketing to deliver content and campaigns that engage NHS Trusts, contributing to our annual sales and revenue targets.
A hands-on role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the marketing campaigns from copy writing case studies to updating websites, delivering events to creating on-site client materials, working closely with external agency partners, the Business Development team and MSDC (our internal digital hub).
• Customer Marketing. Create and deliver multi-channel campaigns to engage and grow our existing customer accounts, working in collaboration with our on-site teams. Own an annual campaign calendar, sourcing content and writing compelling communications. Support ad-hoc onsite activations as required.
• Customer Stories. Manage and maintain the creation and deployment of our customer stories and case studies, working with the business to use insights and data to bring to life the impact we have on people and patients.
• Campaign Delivery. As part of our ABM strategy, support with the development and delivery of content and events for current and prospective partners that drive deep engagement and demonstrate value.
• Quick Response Activation. As a small team of five, sometimes it’s all hands-on deck to deliver urgent requirements for the business. You can expect to get stuck in to a real mix of ideas that need a quick turnaround!
The Ideal Candidate
Who you are
• You’re skilled in developing marketing communications, with hands-on experience of planning and delivering campaigns across all channels, ideally including ABM
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, you set KPI’s for your activity and work with others to monitor, measure and continuously improve
• Your customer focus means you enjoy creating targeted, personalised content to use in email, social media and on the website
• A great communicator, you can work seamlessly with a range of teams and stakeholders, usually virtually, and draw on other people’s skills and abilities to deliver a great outcome
• Working in a small, fully remote team, you enjoy being very independent and have the confidence to question, challenge and push your ideas forward
• You value great copy and like turning complex information into simple, human messages
• You’re good with Word, Excel and PPT, and take great care with how you present information

Your benefits
Salary of up to £30,000pa
Location: Fully Remote, although some travel to client sites and quarterly team meetings in London will be required.
Role: Permanent
Work Pattern: 40hrs pw Monday to Friday ***4 days pw considered***
