Senior IT Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst at Sodexo, you'll play a critical role in our newly formed PPM function, working on a wide variety of IT projects covering hardware upgrades, software rollouts, infrastructure migrations and more. You'll lead a team of Business Analysts working across different Sodexo segments, managing the team demand as well as delivering on various projects yourself. What you’ll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst at Sodexo, you'll play a critical role in our newly formed PPM function, working on a wide variety of IT projects covering hardware upgrades, software rollouts, infrastructure migrations and more. You'll lead a team of Business Analysts working across different Sodexo segments, managing the team demand as well as delivering on various projects yourself. What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts to deliver on projects and programmes across the IS&T Portfolio
- Define and create solution requirements for the project delivery teams based on the business needs
- Produce various project documentation such as business and systems process maps, user journeys/stories and demand scoping documents
- Support IS&T Project and Programme Managers through business and requirements analysis and involvement in project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other Business Analysts to ensure the team adheres to best practices and knowledge is shared amongst everyone
What you bring:
- Proven experience in a Senior / Lead Business Analyst role working in technology / IT for a large organisation
- Hands-on experience through the full business analysis project lifecycle
- Great skills in analysis, process mapping and organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both face-to-face and over virtual meetings, emails and other forms of messaging
- Experience facilitating workshops, demonstrations and training
- Knowledge of best practice and standards such as Agile and Waterfall Project Management, ITIL, SDLC, ISO etc.

This is a predominantly remote role but some UK travel will be required. Candidates must live and work in the UK with the ability to pass security checks.
