Senior Chef de Partie – Dublin 1 | €17.50/hr

Are you ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team in Dublin 1.

You will lead a specific section of the kitchen — whether it's sauté, butchery, fish, or pastry — ensuring top-quality preparation, presentation, and hygiene. This is your chance to thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment where your skills and creativity will shine.

• €17.50 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm (occasional evening shift – just 1–2 per month)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards

• Oversee your kitchen section and supervise junior staff if needed

• Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety

• Contribute to menu development and innovation

• Manage inventory and minimize food waste

What You’ll Need:

• At least 5 years of professional culinary experience

• Strong section-running experience

• Proven attention to detail, creativity, and leadership

• Ability to work calmly under pressure

• Culinary qualification or apprenticeship is a plus
