Senior Chef de Partie – Dublin 1 | €17.50/hr

You will lead a specific section of the kitchen — whether it's sauté, butchery, fish, or pastry — ensuring top-quality preparation, presentation, and hygiene. This is your chance to thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment where your skills and creativity will shine.
€17.50 per hour
Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm (occasional evening shift – just 1–2 per month)

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
Oversee your kitchen section and supervise junior staff if needed
Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety
Contribute to menu development and innovation
Manage inventory and minimize food waste
What You’ll Need:
At least 5 years of professional culinary experience
Strong section-running experience
Proven attention to detail, creativity, and leadership
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Culinary qualification or apprenticeship is a plus
