Location: Remote /Home based in the UK
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience

Sodexo have a new opportunity for a brand and marking professional who has a real passion for food to join our forward-thinking marketing team. This is a varied and creative role that offers you a real chance for career progression.
As the Senior Assistant Brand Manager, you will be supporting in driving change with Sodexo’s food marketing and refreshing it in line with client and guest needs.
Working directly on the creation of a broad range of visual marketing materials and videos for both internal and external campaigns, as well as the development of packs for our sales and operation teams.
Through a combination of on and offline marketing and promotional activities you will ensure a strong sales growth pipeline and take a data led approach to understand where future improvements can be made.
You will be working independently and collaboratively with the internal marketing, culinary, creative and sales teams, whilst also being a main point of contact for key external partners.
Whilst this is a remote position there will be occasional travel for internal and client meetings in the UK.
About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Professional experience in food or the hospitality industry.
- Strong brand and commercial marketing background.
- Ideally have B2C marketing experience across all channels.
- Experience in brand development and driving profitable sales in retail or hospitality.
- Customer centric and highly commercial
- Have a passion and love of food and café culture within the UK & Globally.
- Strong time management skills / ability to priorities workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
