Job Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our dedicated security team at our site in Covent Garden, London. In this role, you will oversee security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You will lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maintain the highest security standards.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day security operations on site.
Manage and lead a team of security personnel, including shift planning and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to identify and respond to security breaches.
Liaise with clients, visitors, and emergency services when required.
Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to management.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a security supervisory role.
Valid SIA licence.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to emergencies.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
