£15 per hour
42 hours per week 
4 on 4 off days & nights - Security is a 24/7/365 operation
Location: Kidlington OX5 1GB

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing a skilled security team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and adherence to all regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and develop the security team, ensuring compliance with Sodexo and client expectations.
  • Manage site security operations, including rota compilation, training, and emergency response.
  • Conduct regular departmental meetings and represent the security team at site meetings.
  • Maintain operational readiness of security areas and manage access control to the site.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and compliant with health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Liaise with emergency services and conduct duties as per emergency procedure manuals.
  • Foster excellent working relationships with onsite customers and ensure professional service delivery.
Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience as a security officer with a current SIA Licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills and knowledge of security radio operations.
  • Understanding of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
  • Experience in emergency situation management.
  • Preferably with experience in managing people & services, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and CCTV operation.
  • Physical fitness to perform site patrols and respond to incidents effectively.
