42 hours per week

4 on 4 off days & nights - Security is a 24/7/365 operation

Location: Kidlington OX5 1GB

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing a skilled security team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and adherence to all regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the security team, ensuring compliance with Sodexo and client expectations.
Manage site security operations, including rota compilation, training, and emergency response.
Conduct regular departmental meetings and represent the security team at site meetings.
Maintain operational readiness of security areas and manage access control to the site.
Ensure all team members are trained and compliant with health, safety, and security protocols.
Liaise with emergency services and conduct duties as per emergency procedure manuals.
Foster excellent working relationships with onsite customers and ensure professional service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a security officer with a current SIA Licence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Effective communication skills and knowledge of security radio operations.
Understanding of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
Experience in emergency situation management.
Preferably with experience in managing people & services, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and CCTV operation.
Physical fitness to perform site patrols and respond to incidents effectively.
