About the role
At Sodexo, our Security Officers are vital in making sure that we provide a safe and secure environment for our clients. Our passionate team of Security Officers always ensure we deliver this crucial service.
We currently have vacancy for Security officer to join our friendly and dedicated team at Central Southampton!
You'll carry out patrols, operate the security/CCTV, assisting police and management during investigations and write reports detailing incidents ensuring all our paperwork is up to scratch. You’ll be playing a big part in keeping our colleagues and our site safe and secure with a keen eye and a brilliant way with people.
A few things about you
We want you to bring your fantastic communication skills, great attention to detail and customer service skills. Don’t forget to bring your I.T know-how and team spirit too!
An SIA licence is needed and if you also have experience in a similar role and/ or hold a CCTV Licence that would be great but, if you don’t have these, we would still love to hear from you!
Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practices so it is vital that you will champion this.
Package Description
- £9.90 per hour
- 4 on 4 off day & night shift pattern, 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am
- 48 hours per week
- Central Southampton site with Parking
