Salary: €15.41

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Sodexo is seeking a Security Officer to join our team at Johnson & Johnson in Limerick. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the site, while providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Protect site assets against loss, damage, or trespass.
Act as the first point of contact for all site visitors.
Control access and egress of staff, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Monitor and operate fire alarm and site radio systems.
Manage site keys and ensure secure access at all times.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and logs.
Arrange site inductions and provide first aid support (where required).
Attend training sessions and follow all Sodexo and Johnson & Johnson procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Valid PSA front line license.
Previous security experience in a similar environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
Health & Safety awareness.

Desirable:

IT skills (Word, Excel, email).
First Aid at Work qualification.
