Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Johnnie Walker, 146 Princes Street, EH2 4BL

Working Hours: 42 hours per week (4 on, 4 off)

Hourly Rate: £14.70

Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting a Security Officer to join our team at Johnnie Walker in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver excellent customer service and provide a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and assets at one of our most prestigious corporate locations.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out regular patrols and security checks across the site
Respond to incidents, emergencies and alarms appropriately
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors
Deter theft and prevent damage to the property
Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
Deliver a professional front-of-house security service
Comply with all Sodexo and site-specific health and safety protocols

Key Skills & Experience

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
SIA CCTV Licence (desirable)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High levels of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Experience in a similar security role preferred
